Add the module on startup or later in the billing view of your workspace. The package fee and the prices of selected additional modules are added together. A top-up made in the middle of a period is only paid for the remaining period; the order for the next month or year already includes the full price.

What is the difference between a package and an add-on?
The package defines the basic views of the working environment. The add-on module adds a certain workflow, for example object diary and photos, team planning or sales invoices from documents. Everyone works in the same workspace of your company.
Can I buy additional modules later?
Yes. A company administrator can add modules to an active paid subscription in the billing view. Access opens after the payment is confirmed, and the company's previous data remains.
Do I only pay for selected modules?
Yes. The subscription price consists of the selected basic package and additional paid modules. Add only the tools that your company uses.
Price and payment
How is the cost of a module added halfway through the period calculated?
The first top-up bill covers only the remaining paid period. If a module is added exactly halfway through the period, its first charge is half the period price. The full price of the module will be reflected in the next period's order. The module and its period of use are on a separate line on the invoice.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes. The price list includes packages and additional modules without VAT. When registering and before paying, you will see the total amount with the VAT set for the service.
Did I pay for the annual period at once?
Yes. When choosing a year period, you pay for the whole year in one payment. There are currently no automatic card or bank account deductions. You update the order in the billing view.
Getting Started and Data
How to open workspace?
Choose a package and, if desired, additional modules, enter the company data and the administrator's e-mail and password. The workspace code is generated automatically. After confirming the payment, you can add team users. Subscription is currently in demo mode and no real money is taken.
Can existing data be transferred?
Data transfer will be agreed separately. We review the old system's data, connections and files and determine the scope of the import. Write in the contact form which system you are currently using.
